Author Guidelines: Submission Requirements
Language and Academic Quality
Health Tourism Journal accepts manuscript submissions exclusively in English. All manuscripts must follow proper academic writing standards, including accurate grammar, spelling, clarity, scientific terminology, and appropriate scholarly expression.
Authors are responsible for ensuring that manuscripts are professionally prepared before submission.
Originality
Manuscripts submitted to Health Tourism Journal must not have been previously published or simultaneously submitted for publication elsewhere.
Authors must ensure that submitted studies represent original academic contributions and comply with ethical research and publication principles.
Plagiarism and Similarity Policy
Authors must analyze their manuscripts using recognized similarity detection tools such as Turnitin or iThenticate before submission.
The overall similarity rate must not exceed 15%.
Manuscripts containing plagiarism, duplicate publication, or inappropriate use of previously published materials may be rejected during the editorial evaluation process.

Author Guidelines: Manuscript Formatting
Manuscripts submitted to Health Tourism Journal must be prepared according to the following formatting requirements.

Manuscripts must be submitted in Microsoft Word format:

The manuscript should be prepared using A4 page size with 2.5 cm margins on all sides.
Typography
The entire manuscript, including:
- Abstract
- Main text
- Tables
- References
must be written using:
- Times New Roman
- 12-point font size
Spacing
Manuscripts should use:
- 1.15 line spacing
- 6-point spacing after paragraphs
These formatting rules help ensure consistency and readability across published articles.
Title Page and Author Information Guidelines
To protect the integrity of the double-blind peer review process, the main manuscript file must not contain author names, institutional affiliations, ORCID IDs, or any identifying information.
A separate Title Page must be uploaded during the submission process and should include:
- Full title of the manuscript
- Authors’ full names
- Institutional affiliations
- ORCID IDs
- Email address of the corresponding author
This process ensures an objective and transparent peer-review procedure.
Author Guidelines for Abstract and Keywords
Every manuscript submitted to Health Tourism Journal must include a structured English abstract between 150 and 250 words.
The abstract should clearly present:

- Research methodology

- Major conclusions
Below the abstract, authors must provide 3 to 5 keywords separated by commas.
